- A $15 voucher to The Field restaurant is provided for lunch or pre-event beverages. Please be sure to arrive early to ensure you have ample time to enjoy before the outing begins at 1:00pm promptly!
- 1:00 PM Golf Tournament Begins (Shotgun start)
- "Shamble” Format – everyone takes drive, select best drive of your group & play your own ball in
- 6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour (Silent Auction begins)
- 7:00 -10:00pm – Dinner Reception
- 7:45 PM - Announcement of Awards
- 8:00 PM - Silent Auction Results & Raffles
